This is now a consumer grievance, not just a delivery delay.
Promised delivery: 8 Aug
Today: 16 Aug
Status: Resolution pending
I have cooperated and followed up repeatedly. I now request a clear resolution instead of another 24-hour assurance.

10+ days of delay with NO resolution. My Samsung refrigerator was promised for delivery on 8 Aug 2026. Today is 16 Aug and it is still not delivered. No cancellation option. No confirmed delivery date. Just repeated “we are working on your issue”
