This is a very touching story I want to share.

I work with @ympropertypath and we do manage properties of various nature and also offer an ecosystem through https://t.co/Zyz6toQBUI, where people can find, rent, host and also get verified service providers like plumbers, electricians etc.

Now I have a client who had give us the authority to manage his property of land in busabala and he was not in anyway willing to sell it because the area is growing at the terrible speed

So there was a neighbor who wants to expand and approached local brokers to get to the owner so that is how they eventually got to me and I told them the land is not so sale.

Few weeks they somehow managed to get to the seller and Everytime they got to him he said no it's not for sale and always refered these guys to speak to PropertyPath and also ensure we have proper line of communication.

Munange nga these brokers finally call the guy that his plot of land has been sold and demarcated and that is hos I was able to rush and record this video and send to my boss.

What would you have done if You're in our position?
