@wingstop soooo I got food for my son and I tonight. Got home (almost an hour away) to find missing food. Called the store and was put on hold indefinitely. Hung up and called back & was hung up on. Called a 3rd time and was met with attitude. I explained I was missing food (1)

@wingstop and wanted to know how the situation could be rectified. She told me I had to come back up there and get the food they forgot or they couldn't do anything for me. I told her again, I live an hour away and would like a partial refund at this point. (2)
