We have updated the list of birds requiring descriptions in Yorkshire as of 1st January 2026. Please take a look and remember to send in descriptions to county records or the YNURC secretary as soon as possible. Thank you and best of luck for 2026! https://t.co/6xybr3om4T
Please remember when out #YorkshireBirding this spring and summer, to submit any rare breeding bird records to the county recorder, or through Birdtrack/eBird to make sure they can be used in the yearly @ukrbbp Rare Breeding Bird Reports. Thanks!
Any #YorkshireBirding folk able to help out and send some descriptions in for birds found in 2025? Please read the list of descriptions still needed in the quoted post!
We are still requiring a lot of descriptions from 2025, so in a bid to try and obtain these descriptions, we have posted this thread with a list of what is required. If you found any of these birds, please click this link to see what you need to do: https://t.co/3iSyZ0nqTM

Thank you for reading this. If you did find or see any of these birds (or if you know the finder), please do take the time to send it in to the Yorkshire Rarities Committee. It makes our lives so much easier!
