1. Tyre Burst (First Month): The tyre burst at around 3:00 AM due to a suspected manufacturing defect. Mahindra denied the claim, calling it customer negligence. I had to replace the tyre at my own cost of ₹15,000.
2. Gear Knob Failure: The illuminated gear selector stopped working and the gear knob malfunctioned.
3. ESC Failure: The ESC system failed while driving in traffic, requiring RSA towing. During towing, Mahindra RSA damaged my front bumper PPF.
4. Questionable ESC Repair: I was initially told the required part would take 15 days to arrive. However, the same day I was informed the car was ready. The service advisor later admitted the part had been taken from a demo vehicle.
5. Coolant Pump Failure: The car remained at the workshop for 15 days. The service center claimed Mahindra had issued a recall/campaign for this issue, but I never received any official communication.
6. Repeated AC Failure: The AC stopped working while driving. Despite five workshop visits, the issue kept recurring within a couple of days after every repair.
7. Additional Issues During 1-Month Workshop Stay: While the vehicle was at the workshop for AC repairs, two more defects were found:
Damaged seat frame/seat rack
Infotainment display cracking due to sunlight
8. Display Replacement: Initially, the service center blamed my parking habits (parking in sunlight or vehicle orientation). After several days of discussions, the display was finally replaced after about 15 days.
9. Electrical Noise (Current Unresolved Issue): After taking delivery on 26 June, the car started making electrical wire-like noises on 2 July.
The service center claims it is due to a ribbon behind the front bumper, but no permanent solution has been provided. I am still driving the vehicle with this unresolved issue, raising serious safety concerns.
Summary: My vehicle has visited the workshop over 40 times within one year. Due to repeated failures and multiple part replacements, almost every major component has been changed. Only the seats, battery, and outer body shell remain original.
Around 3,000 LPG cylinders, including both filled and empty ones, were washed into the Patalganga River after heavy rainfall at the HPCL Patalganga LPG Bottling Plant.
District Collector Kishan Jawale has issued an important public advisory, urging people not to touch or collect LPG cylinders washed away by the river.
He said, "There is no guarantee whether the cylinders carried away by the river contain gas or are in a safe condition. Picking them up out of curiosity or for personal use, opening them, or taking them home could be extremely dangerous. Citizens should not put themselves at risk."

A very respected and responsible journalist, @RShivshankar, has brought out facts that raise serious questions. Most vehicle owners had no idea they were already being sold petrol containing anywhere between 15% and 19% ethanol for the last 5 years before the government formally moved to E20. Consumers weren’t told what blend they were buying, and petrol pumps didn’t disclose it either.
If citizens could unknowingly become part of an ethanol rollout without clear disclosure, is it really unreasonable to question whether similar experiments could happen or may be happening with diesel?

Someone shared this video on Instagram from July 3. A customer refueled at this petrol pump, and shortly afterward the vehicle broke down. When the mechanic inspected it, what was supposed to be petrol reportedly turned out to be water.
The customer then returned to the same pump and asked the staff to draw fuel from the same nozzle for testing. In the video, the sample collected in a transparent tube appears to be almost entirely water, which is then shown to the pump manager.
The current petrol pump infrastructure was never designed to safely store high ethanol fuel blends. With the monsoon underway, even a small amount of water entering underground storage tanks can trigger phase separation, where ethanol separates from the petrol. This contaminated fuel can then reach vehicles, potentially causing severe engine damage and leaving consumers to bear costly repair bills.
About the E20 clarification,

asks the Japnese Toyota officials to make the same statement of clarification about E20.
I guarantee you, we'll get the correct answers.
