You are an awfully disorganized and dishonest company. I will no longer be using you all, and instead will be using @enterprise if I ever need a rental again. So will my friends and family members, as well. I expect to have ALL my money returned expeditiously
@Hertz I will now be filing a dispute with my bank over the $400+ charges that were falsely taken from my account. I have been promised to be contacted in one way or another other countless times, yet no one has. Therefore, your thieving company will have to deal with @rbfcu
@Hertz Alrighty. Seeing as I have no response yet, I’ll just proceed w/ the dispute process with my bank. I am annoyingly & frustratingly persistent. When it comes to my MONEY, I’m even worse. Trust me when I say that I WILL get that money back, & now Del’s job will be my 2nd target 👍🏻
@Hertz your branch manager at your San Marcos Texas just overdrafted my bank account by $300+ with a charge that was NOT authorized. Of course, this location is closed on weekends, so I can’t call and speak to anyone until Monday 1/?
@Hertz Your branch manager in San Marcos, Texas is not representing your violent in the best light AT ALL. Very unprofessional. She helped you all STEAL money from me. I fully intend on being reimbursed, too. Who has $300+ to throw away these days???
3/3 have had to. This is unacceptable behavior from a BRANCH MANAGER. They also are keeping belongings that I accidentally left in the vehicle, and have not attempted to return them. What is going on with this location???
I declined coverage for a rental I had to get due my cars being broken into/stolen, and I was charged $400 for the coverage anyway. The branch manager told me I’d be able to cancel the coverage since my own insurance through State Farm covers any damages, etc to rentals 1/??
I turned the car in as I was following her instructions, and was told I’d be able to have a meeting with her to discuss how to resolve the issue. She NEVER called me, and instead just put the charge through on my card even though I turned the rental in 2+ weeks earlier 2/3
@rbfcu I finally got it to work after abou two and a half hours. I have loved this credit union since we joined, but the last year and a half or so has been so difficult to continue banking with @rbfcu because the problems with the app persist.
@rbfcu I am, once again, reaching out because I cannot login to my account. I have some charges that will *probably* be coming through early in the morning, as it’s going to be Monday, so everything I spent this weekend will move from ‘pending’ to ‘posted’. 1/2
2/2 I NEED to transfer funds from my sav. to make sure those charges are covered (bcus who wants to pay $24 PER ITEM when they actually have the money to prevent overdrafts), but I can’t login to my account yet again! This is ridiculous, really. When can I expect to login again??
