@XPHOENIXDRAGON My husband and I both take 250 mg before bed every night, we have been doing this for several years now. It helps with sleep and leg cramping. We also never get sick and are on no prescriptions at 49 and 63. But that's probably just a coincidence. 😉

@ranghad_ @ColdFingrrs @PicturesFoIder It's true though. It's local to me. His daughter's mother and her boyfriend neglected his daughter and she died of starvation and lack of heat. It was horrible. DCFS had an open case with the mom and it happened on their watch.

@CollinRugg The same thing happened in the city I live in, except there was no heat in the house and the little girl died. And there was an active case with DCFS when it happened, they had even visited the home and failed to remove the child before it was too late.

@Prolotario1 Jelani Day was local to me. It never sat right, there was so much covering up being done. Nothing added up and it almost seemed like some sort of satanic sorority thing had happened. Interesting and terrifying, his poor mother has not stopped fighting for the truth.

@Screwpulas Nope. Same as any other year here, plus hubs and I have both been more exposed to sick people with our jobs this winter, still haven't gotten sick. Might be worse in your part of the country, I'm in central IL.
