Oakland raised nearly $1B / LV raised $380M
Oakland asked for $20m/yr and expansion assurances/Sacramento apparently asked for NO rent and got no expansion assurances.

Oakland Stadium Deal: 55 acres of Waterfront Property.
LV Stadium Deal: 9 acres stadium only.

The Town went above and beyond, but got undercut at every turn. Can't make a deal with someone that doesn't want to make a deal. Just like you can't buy a team that isn't for sale.

Oak stayed firming knowing giving up too much guaranteed a path to LV. Sac paved the road to Sin City for them.
