Hi @carbon_180 I go to Wilfrid Laurier University and I am working on a project about Climate Change. I wanted to know what you think about plant-based diets and its affects on lowering carbon emissions. Do you think this is the best solution?
Hi @Greenpeace I go to Wilfrid Laurier University and I am working on a project about Climate Change. I wanted to know what you think are the top 3 ways anyone can change to help make an impact. Also do you think a solution is still possible? Or are we past the point of return?
These past three lessons of EM203 have opened my eyes to the many approaches one can take to learning in the 21st century. As we have all been studying remotely for the past year, we have engaged in a different learning experience - for better or worse. #EM203Robin
"We must change our diet. The planet can't support billions of meat eaters. If we had a mostly plant-based diet we could increase the yield of the land." - David Attenborough #EM203Robin#EM203Research

This article speaks on the benefits of going plant-based, specifically relating to climate change. We can reduce our carbon footprint by 73%! #EM203Research
@yoav_gabriel You did an incredible job detailing the solutions to climate change. A point that you could add is under major temperature changes how animals are being affected by that!
@SpallinoJacob I took a look at your concept map about Climate Change, and I think the problems and solutions you identified are spot on! I would also include the increase in acidic levels in our oceans, as this is a large problem that doesn't get talked about enough. Great work!
@EM203APunzalan I agree! I went in depth on constructivism and it was amazing to see that we create our own realities and experiences to foster our learning. Lots of new knowledge being learned.
@ThomasClayton88 Hi Thomas! What’s interesting about this post is that I am studying for my Psychology midterm which goes over many of the same concepts, like behavioural psychology! So interesting how they all overlap.
During my first few weeks in the course I have learned many concepts. One lesson I learned was about the learning theory: constructivism. It is based upon the theory that people are always constructing and creating their own knowledge to build a unique reality. #EM203Robin
