By this logic morality is subjective. Some behaviors which are morally fine in some cultures, are immoral in others.

which raises the question, what makes someone a moral person? Because humanity has to get its objective morality from somewhere.

Your concept of pain infliction and empathy can’t be applied to all of humanity.
By your standards, ultimately, humans can never share the same morality, so there’s no point in discussing morality to behin with.

@icarus62 I would argue whichever religion is right would have objective morality and if god doesn’t exist then humans are simply animals with no morality.
