My employer ins covers so much Medicare doesn't but they can only cover what Medicare doesn't because Medicare is considered primary.

@RstyClinomaniac @RNCResearch @LisaForCongress 3rd option is to join an HMO that takes over your Medicare and gives all your treatment. This last one is what I was talking about. You don't pay any extra premium to join this, but again it's an HMO. Their doctors and hospitals only. So basically they run Medicare for the gov't.

@RstyClinomaniac @RNCResearch @LisaForCongress You misunderstood what I meant. As a senior, I can have straight Medicare and pay co-pays out of pocket, or I can buy secondary ins, paying 2 premiums with low to zero co-pays.

@PeteWest420 @RstyClinomaniac @Dontrem30268941 @RNCResearch @LisaForCongress As someone on Medicare IT DOES NOT WORK PERFECTLY. Many loopholes and you have to carry a second ins or join one of the HMO's to get real coverage, and even then have to pay outta pocket.
