@cheveningfco 2 hours before the closing, I can't even open the website, it mention number 502 and stated some statement that I forgot already. I thought maybe this year I do not have a chance to try and hope to try next year. If chevening can give sometime to us to submit, it would be great.

So maybe they only won’t accept new registrations but those of us who registered before still might be able to complete our application?
