Disagree. That grass was mostly disturbed by the guys that found his ball. Your picture 2 the grass is flatter because he is walking on it. It rebounded back. He certainly didn’t try to cheat and he didn’t gain any significant advantage. No penalty. Hopefully it doesn’t tarnish the tournament.
