This plan to open charter flights from South Korea is not without its reason, as it is said by the Head of the Batam City Culture and Tourism Office that South Korea ranks 4th in the number of International tourists visiting Batam.

Hang Nadim International Airport will be open for charter flights from South Korea in October 2022. It is hoped that the opening of this flight will give opportunities for travel agencies and tourism actors to increase international tourist visits to Batam.
