@HomeDepot the carpet installation is incomplete. Home is all we have during Covid and our is in disarray until they finish the install. It's been a month and HD just gives us the run-around. HD you have lost a customer.

@HomeDepot I am feeling frustrated by the poor customer service I have received from HD. Our carpet install has been a fail and HD treats us like we are the problem when we ask for accountability. We paid in full, and yet there has been no follow through on their end.
