No one calls from customer care 3 or 4 tickets are closed without even giving a call. This is how u treat customers who have been with you for 7 years. I have been after this issue since last one month. Hope to get some assistance now atleast.
@XpressEthernet Your helpline is just useless on Goa. Tickets are closed without resolving any issues. Everything is dumpednon the Local dealer. I had requested a plan upgrade, and you guys cancelled my existing plan valid fo 275 days and are telling to pay more for a new plan.

I visit the store and they connect to a representative and he tells me that some links are sent and click on this and that which I refused for safety reasons Now neither my money Rs. 4299 + Rs 3000 which I paid from a credit card is refunded.

After2 days the store call me saying some amount I paid was refunded back to me.

I have reported since last 15 days that my Pixel Credit card is blocked since last 15 days. In last 10 days 4 tickets raised, 3 emails sent but got automated replies. Not a single call from HDFC support till date.Hope to speak to someone to resolve my issue

But on a serious note, the mobile companies should do like insurance companies or apps, A small clause to tick while buying sim card that you have to accept or deny mobile towers.
Really sad to hear about the tragic incident of a leopard being hit by a train. I've asked the APCCF to look into the situation and investigate the matter. The site has been secured, a team of veterinarians has been dispatched, and a post-mortem investigation is ongoing.
