Keep this call open and advise team to visit on Tuesday.

I never got the product and Amazon is not listening me and claiming I have received the product and they have completed their investigation.
There is camera in reception and my door no one came for delivery fake investigations. Help
@AmazonHelp your specialist team also has same song to play, you got the product we can not anything and disconnected my call. this is Rs. 4200 product not just few hundreds to forget. this may be something fraud between investigation and delivery. but I need a resolution
