अब्दुल मुहम्मद तालिब नावाच्या नागपूरच्या मुलाने NEET साठी मला अबू धाबी सेंटर आले, बघा सावळा गोंधळ म्हणून बोंब मारायला सुरुवात केली. अर्थातच मिडियाने मुद्दा उचलून धरला. राहुल गांधी पण बोंबलत आला (त्याला दुसरे काही येतच नाही).

NTA ने अब्दुल मुहम्मदचे ऑनलाईन ऑडिट ट्रेल तपासले तर त्याने स्वतःच पूर्वीचे सेंटर बदलून अबू धाबी निवडले होते असे दिसले.
NTA ने तसे जाहीरही केले.

मग काडीची माहिती नसलेले पत्रकार आणि विरोधक बोंब मारत आले की अबू धाबी निवडूच कसे दिले जेव्हा परीक्षा फक्त भारतात होते.
मग NTA ने परत जाहीर केले की भारताबाहेर अबू धाबी सह जगातील १४ शहरात परीक्षा होतात.
आणि हे सगळे झाल्यावरही NTA ची काहीही चूक नसतानाही NTA ने अब्दुल मुहम्मदला त्याला हवे ते सेंटर दिले.

समस्त मीडिया, विरोधक विशेषतः राहुल गांधी,

सरकार, कुठल्याही संस्था यांच्या कारभारावर टीकाच करू नका असे मी म्हणतच नाहीय...
पण टीका करण्याआधी खरेच काही चुकीचे घडले आहे की नाही ते तरी बघाल ��ी नाही?

Today is World Refugee Day.🥹💔
For many people, displacement is a chapter in history books. For Kashmiri Pandits, it is a memory that still breathes, still hurts, still waits for justice.

#TheKashmirFiles showed the world a glimpse of that pain. But those who lived through that exodus know that no film, no book, no speech can fully capture the fear of leaving your home overnight, the heartbreak of losing your roots, or the loneliness of becoming a refugee in your own country.
There are people who say that such stories should be forgotten, that old wounds should be allowed to heal. I respectfully disagree.
Some wounds must remain visible! Not to nurture hatred, but to preserve memory. Not to divide people, but to remind future generations of the price innocent people pay when humanity fails.
Remembering is not revenge. Remembering is responsibility.
On #WorldRefugeeDay, I remember every Kashmiri Pandit family that was forced to leave behind their homes, their temples, their neighbourhoods, their childhoods, and a way of life. Their story is not just a Kashmiri story. It is a human story.
May we never allow such suffering to be repeated. And may we have the courage to speak the truth, however uncomfortable it may be.
Because when memories are erased, history finds a way to repeat itself. And that is a price no generation should have to pay. 🥹💔

प्रणित मोरेच्या प्रकर��ावर जितकी मतं मांडली गेली त्या प्रत्येक मताला एक रुपया कर भरावा लागला असता तरी दोन दिवसात भारताचा जीडीपी पाचव्या क्रमांकावर पोहोचला असता.
विनोदाचा दर्जा काय असावा? अश्लीलतेची नक्की सीमा काय असावी? या प्रश्नांवर अनेकांनी आपली मतं मांडली आहेत. मला आपलं लक्ष काही महत्त्वाच्या गोष्टींकडे वेधायचं आहे.
काळ बदलला आहे. आता तो रोज बदलतो आहे. काही काळापूर्वी हेच संभाषण बंद दाराआड झालं असतं तर यावर इतकी चर्चा झाली नसती. पण समाजमाध्यमं आली आणि प्रत्येकाच्या मताला एक मेगाफोन मिळाला. ॲन्डी वॉरहॉल म्हणाला होता की “In the future, everyone will be world-famous for 15 minutes.” वॉरहॉल द्रष्टा होता यात वादच नाही परंतु “In the future everyone will be notoriously infamous for 15 minutes” हे त्यालाही जाणवलं नसेल.
आपण सतत कॅमेऱ्याच्या दृष्टिक्षेपात आहोत. २४ तास ३६५ दिवस. ‘खासगी क्षण’ ही केवळ एक रम्य कल्पना उरली आहे. ‘ब्रेकिंग न्यूज’ या माझ्या भावाच्या चित्रपटासाठी मी एक गाणं लिहिलं होतं. -

राज़ की इक बात कहूँ?

हे गाणं व्यवस्थेच्या तोंडी होतं. आज ते जास्त खरं वाटतं. एक शब्द इकडचा तिकडे होतो, एक नजर भलतंच काहीतरी सांगून जाते आणि होत्याचं नव्हतं होतं. सेजल पवार असो किंवा हिमांशु जांगड़ा असो - त्यांचं बरोबर का चूक हा प्रश्न अलाहिदा पण तुम्हाला समजा वाटत असेल की तुम्ही त्यांच्या जागी कधीच अस�� शकत नाही तर बंधुंनो आणि भगिनींनो सावधान. हे कॅमेरे सतत तुमच्यावरही आहेत. प्रश्न असा आहे की हिमांशु, सेजल यांचा निवाडा करणारी झुंडही फार नैतिक आहे असं नाही.
प्रणित मोरेचा प्रश्न वेगळा आहे. त्याने काय बोलायचं हे तो ठरवून आला होता आणि एकूण सभेचा नॅरेटिव्ह काय सेट करायचा हे त्याच्या हातात होतं.
पण हेच लोक आपलाही निवाडा करायला बसणार आहेत.
लोक मूर्ख असतात, स्वार्थी असतात पण मूर्खपणा आणि स्वा��्थ कुणाला चुकलाय? सतत नैतिकतेच्या संगमरवरी मनोऱ्यात बसलेले अनाम कीबोर्डधारी राम शास्त्री हे या मूर्ख लोकांपेक्षा कमी घातक नाहीएत.
माझी खात्री आहे की बहुतेक प्रश्न हे articulationच्या अभावामुळे उद्भवतात. दुर्दैवानं आपल्या शिक्षणपद्धतीमध्ये जे आपल्याला म्हणायचंय तेच नेमकेपणानं मांडणं शिकवत नाहीत. मला खात्री आहे की या सगळ���या लोकांना आपण एका भयंकर मोठ्या गैरसमजाचे शिकार आहोत असं वाटत असणार.
प्रणित मोरेने काय बोलायचंय हे तो ठरवून आलाय पण सेजल आणि हिमांशु हे चार लोकांत बोलायच्या तयारीनेही आले नाहीएत. कुठून आपण जीभ उचलली आणि टाळ्याला लावली असं त्यांना झालंच असेल.

त्यामुळे माझा अनाहूत सल्ला हा. बोला पण बोलायच्या आधी क्षणभर विचार करा. आपल्याला अभिव्यक्ती स्वातंत्र्यापेक्षा अभिव्यक्ती संयमनाची गरज अधिक आ��े.

Where was this 'national shame' in 2021, when Bengal saw brutal post-poll violence, when people were chased, killed, assaulted, displaced, and women were raped?

Where was this 'shame' when a BJP supporter was chased and killed in front of his own mother?

Where was the 'shame' when the Sandeskhali rape case happened?

Where was the 'shame' when the RG Kar rape case happened?

Where was this 'shame' when you appeared in Calcutta High Court to oppose these victims and resisted CBI transfer of the case?

Where was this constitutional anguish when the Calcutta High Court had to order a CBI probe into murder, rape and crimes against women because victims were crying for justice?

But of course an egg attack on a TMC leader suddenly shakes the soul of democracy.

But the blood, tears and terror of ordinary Bengal victims from 2021 did not produce the same moral thunder.

If you are ashamed of India, resign from the parliament.

If not, spare us the theatre.
