@DGCAIndia for flight cancellations informed less than 24 hours notice. Any emails to Indigo are only producing automated replies with no way to reach any support agent for claiming this compensation. Due to this flight cancellation our entire Sri Lanka trip had to be cancelled.

@DGCAIndia After waiting for 5 hours at the airport the Indigo staff told us to go back home as the flight won't take off and she said she will process a full refund. Attaching a copy of that. We would like to claim compensation of 7,500 per passenger as per the DGCA charter

@DGCAIndia my flight 6E1175 from Chennai to Colombo got cancelled without any prior notice while we were waiting to board the flight at the gate on December 5, 2025 at Chennai airport. We passed through security, immigration , etc. and were not informed about the cancellation.
