@arrivamidlandsE I don’t think Arriva realises the effect of the poor service is having on people who need the bus to get to work or places of education. Being regularly late because of an inadequate bus service only washes a few times with an employer or school. Lives are effected by this.

@arrivamidlandsE Whilst I appreciate you getting back to me, your suggestion that I use the app for updates is not a good one as the app is regularly not working as it should and it does not recognise that the x31 is even a service. Arriva is not fit for service as it currently stands.
