It was special when Nyck recently won in Monte Carlo & we heard our national anthem play in that Mecca of motorsport.

But for me, it was EXTRA special to have him win today, with the anthem echoing in front of that massive crowd.

When I started my journey in the auto industry decades ago, Japan and Japanese cars were the gold standard. I spent countless hours studying them and learning from their excellence.

Yes, they are still the benchmark. & we still have miles to go.

But I can’t deny the quiet thrill of seeing Japanese automotive fans applaud an Indian brand standing at the top of the podium in electric car racing.

Today, we announced our Q4 and full-year FY26 results, marking two years since we set out on our strategic roadmap.

A few key highlights: We reported revenues of $6,385 million for the full year. For the quarter, we reported revenues of $1,625 million, up 4.9% year-on-year, with EBIT margin at 13.8%.

Manufacturing grew 11.8% YoY, followed by Hi-Tech at 6.6% YoY and Retail at 6.2% YoY. Communications grew 5.6% YoY followed by Healthcare at 4.7% YoY.

We closed the year with total deal wins of $3,794 Mn, representing 42% growth YoY, including consecutive quarters exceeding $1 billion in deal wins.

We are accelerating our transition to an AI-led organization, embedding AI across services and expanding our capabilities to enhance value delivery for our clients. We remain focused on scaling with discipline and are on track to delivering our FY27 commitments.

Over the past two years, we have strengthened our offerings, deepened client relationships, and built a more resilient operating model. We are beginning to see the cumulative impact of these efforts in our performance and market positioning.

As we enter FY27, our focus remains on sustaining this progress and delivering consistent, quality growth.
