how to stay organized as a full time artist 📣

this is how I do it :

♡ Make sure to use a site to list down your ongoing coms
- it can be trello, sieve, notion etc.

♡ Use a daily schedule "to do list"
- I usually plan ahead throughout the week using , check deadlines , set a date when I need to update a client , double check if needed , my go to schedule app is called Structured.

♡ Take breaks in between ( A must !! )
- 5 to 30 mins break helps a lot , setting up a timer , self control and not getting yourself swayed by other stuff unless needed.

♡ Update clients
- Most of the time I will let my clients know when they will receive a wip update , and if I'm unable to - I will let them know why I'm not able to ( ex. sick, emergencies etc ), do let them know , they will understand. Avoid making false excuses. Be responsible.

♡ Everyday won't be always productive
- And thats normal, there are some days where I don't complete all tasks and do nothing at all , make sure to update your schedule if that happens.
