اکانتهاشون رو اسکرول می‌کنی میبینی ، از مدرسه میناب، زدن ناوها، بمباران تهران و هر بلای دیگه که رخ میده اینا فحش رو‌ میکشن به مسیح و شیرین عبادی و پهلوی و کاربرهای نوبادی‌ ولی حتی دریغ از یک جمله درباره جمهوری اسلامی!

Mehdi. To equate amplifying the voices of Iranians inside Iran - especially under internet blackout, after documented crimes against humanity - with ‘warmongering’ is disingenuous.

No Iranian I know - including Masih - has ever advocated for bombing Iran. The call has always been for humanitarian intervention, accountability and for dismantling the machinery of repression - not harming civilians.

One would think that you, of all people - who has acknowledged that past “illiberal” remarks, including listing gay people alongside pedophiles, were offensive - would be more measured in how you characterize others.

When you spend more time going after opponents of the Islamic Republic than the regime itself, it does raise questions about how sincere you were about retracting your past comments.

Your fascination with @AlinejadMasih is bordering on the obsessive. I don’t need to remind you that last people to do that was the regime in Iran who tried to have her eliminated in New York not once, but three times.

Targeting Iran’s energy infrastructure will not give America the upper hand in this war. It will drag the war into the region’s energy infrastructure, cause energy prices to skyrocket, and dramatically increase the material and political cost of the war for the Trump administration.
Instead of targeting Iran’s power plants, the U.S. should deploy more aircraft carriers and fighter jets to the region to strike the Islamic Republic’s missile stockpiles on a much larger scale.
Another appropriate action would be for the U.S.—instead of focusing on Kharg Island and the Strait of Hormuz—to focus on Tehran. With Israel’s help, make Tehran’s streets safe for the people so conditions are created for the public to come out and bring down this regime.
A few more weeks and a few hundred billion extra dollars is all this war actually needs. After that, we can all benefit from an Iran after the Islamic Republic.

The Islamic Republic is a terrorist regime. It has made one thing brutally clear: the lives of its own people mean nothing to it.

It kills them. Then it demands money from their families to return their bodies.
And if those families dare to grieve, dare to demand justice, they are threatened with gang rape and then arrested.

For years, I have said clearly: the Islamic Republic is not a normal government. It is a terrorist occupying force that will only respond to strength and decisive pressure.

But with the reported 48-hour ultimatum regarding the Strait of Hormuz, I feel a moral and patriotic duty to issue a critical warning:

Targeting Iran’s power plants and civilian infrastructure does not weaken the regime. It punishes the Iranian people.

A nationwide blackout in Iran would hand the regime exactly what it wants, a propaganda victory. The IRGC thrives on blaming foreign enemies for the suffering it has created, redirecting public anger away from itself.

It would also put millions of civilians at risk. Power outages mean hospitals shut down, water systems fail, and ordinary people who are already struggling under extreme economic pressure are pushed further into crisis.

And it would weaken the very people standing up to this regime. A population fighting for basic survival in darkness and desperation has far less capacity to organize, protest, and resist.

If the goal is deterrence or disabling the regime, then the target set must be clear and precise: IRGC command centers, missile infrastructure, and the regime’s security and repression apparatus.

Disable the regime’s war machine, not the lives of the Iranian people.

The Islamic Republic has held Iran hostage for decades. At this critical moment, do not allow it to use our national infrastructure as a shield for its survival.

The objective must be the liberation of Iran, not its destruction.

رسیدن به این دو هدف، خود به خود، سبب گشایش تنگه هرمز می‌شود.

Iran’s civilian infrastructure belongs to the Iranian people and to the future of a free Iran. The Islamic Republic’s infrastructure is the machinery of repression and terror used to keep that future from becoming reality.

Iran must be protected. The regime must be dismantled.

یکی از مهم ترین قدم هایی که شاهزاده این مدت برداشته تاسیس کمیته عدالت بود به ریاست شیرین عبادی بود. اوردن شیرین عبادی یک پیام خیلی مهم داره، که دولت گذار پذیرای هر قشر و تفکری خواهد بود. درود بر جفتشون که با وجود تمامی اختلاف نظر ها برای ایران این اتحادو شکل دادن.

Where are the "moderate" Muslim leaders calling this out?
