RPWP review by NME ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (5/5)
“It’s not just the sounds on ‘Right Place, Wrong Person’ that capture this idea of good things coming out of the bad, but the whole album’s existence. It’s a gorgeous, intriguing, artful record that would likely not have come to be had RM not experienced – and then interrogated – these feelings of confusion and being out of place, and a perfectly imperfect reminder that life and love, right and wrong, is never just black and white”

Thread analysis
#Comebacktome is not about someone, but about something. & I think it's happiness .
The MV tells the the story of someone who goes thru therapy.
This woman is his therapist & she works with him on all his issues by diving into his family matters & his youth

After watching the video, i feel like this is only the intro to a story Namjoon is going to tell us through the album. I don’t think the woman is a woman. I think she’s a guide that he keeps losing sight of but that always seems to find him when he feels at the end of his rope. The voice of reason calling him back before making bad decisions or subjecting himself to toxicity. I feel like certain scenes represent the ideals people force on him. People who only see Namjoon the plant lover (hiding behind the plant) who baby him (a grown man in a crib being cooed at until they get bored and walk away annoyed because he hides) the ones who try to pressure him into drinking and smoking, people who swear he’s married with a hidden kid, it’s all there but then it seems like he tried to make peace with them because it’s the life he chose. He doesn’t like it but at the same time, it’s the path he took so the other Namjoon, the one who is accepting of it just smiles at him, letting him know it’s ok to feel those things but don’t get lost in it. Then the woman, the voice of reason comes back for him. I like how when they leave it’s like they’re leaving all these stage sets as if she’s saying, come with me, I’ll take you from all of this plastic and remind you of who you are but even then, it’s a never ending labyrinth they must traverse together and so i still stand by my original theory that come back to me is about Namjoon finding himself and at this point, maybe he feels he’s in the right place but he’s not the right person. Ok i have to really sleep now. I stayed up later than i should have. Goodnight army. Also HOLY FKN HELL BALLI WITH THE ACTOR NAMJOON JUSEYO 🐈

📰K-media reported that 'Come Back To Me' it's an indie pop song with the message 'Everything comes back, maybe not everything'.
RM reflects on the new album's main theme, 'right and wrong', and looks into the contradictory emotions of people who want to challenge something new, but at the same time want to be complacent with reality.

namjoon already touched on the topic of marriage, how he was scared of it until he realized he didn't actually need to do it. especially with the life he chose, it opened new possibilities for him. marriage is a lifelong promise people shouldn't be forced to commit to.
