@O2 I have been waiting and waiting and waiting for one of your complaints advisors to call me back! Nearly 4 weeks, a tariff that I shouldn't be on and a signal that is non existent! Come on, you should be better than this.. even from a legal perspective.
@O2 I can't believe I was put on to the wrong tariff meaning I can't upgrade... I then move home and get no/limited signal and I report it.. "5 working days" for a reply I was told.. I'm 6 weeks in and still haven't heard anything. Please have your phone and airtime back. #misell
@AvantiWestCoast Ahhh OK, is there any availability from. Further on? We don't mind just sitting seperately temporarily but would like to sit together at some point? Maybe from Preston onwards?
