@winwinforlyfe yeah i agree, it'll be really hard for most.. well at the end of the day, this drama is made in korean setting it's just that shin pd really loves putting a lot of subtle references that most local fans love

i think some parts of hospital playlist are not being appreciated that much for some people (esp foreign fans) because there are a lot of subtle cultural references to some scenes...

and those dialogues (and puns) connect from one episode to another, that's why some foreign viewers might feel that the drama is all over the place...

also, most funny scenes are full of puns that can't be noticed unless you know korean,
another loophole for foreign fans is when the whole dialogue are already translated in the subtitles even if the dialogue in korean is not yet fully articulated by the actors in the scene.
