They all have something for you.
I love living here and I know you will too.
If you are thinking of moving or downsizing in Midtown Toronto comment DOWNSIZER and I’ll send you “The Midtown Downsizer”
I’ll just say it. The best neighbourhoods to live in Toronto are all in Midtown Toronto. There, I said it.
The best for walkability, parks and nature mixed with urban accessibility, the best schools, transit, restaurants, bakers, butchers, cafes, beautiful homes,
beautiful buildings, and simply a better quality of life.
Whether you are single, a couple, a family, or downsizing, the neighbourhoods of Midtown Toronto are the best.
Forest Hill, Lawrence Park, Leaside, Summerhill, Rosedale, Annex, Deer Park, Yonge Eglinton, Mount Pleasant
@donnelly_b Couldn’t disagree more with raising kids in suburbs. I find there’s so much value in walkable neighbourhoods, slowing life down with kids, spontaneity, walking to bakeries, shops, restaurants, cafes, parks, friends homes, school. Exposure to the city, transit, different people
Before I was your realtor, I was exactly where you are.
Overwhelmed. Full of questions. Not sure who to trust.
I’ve bought, sold, rented, invested, and raised a family in Midtown Toronto.
I don’t just know the process. I’ve lived every step of it.
To all the people I’ve spoken to during these cold months who continue to open my emails, but don’t respond:
It may still be cold, but the sun is out, things are warming up. Spring is around the corner.
I’m here. Call me, say hi.
Like Elvis said, you were always on my mind.
@donnelly_b Love this. Unfortunately Toronto is neither committed to pedestrians nor to cars. This leaves us with mediocrity in all aspects of getting around.
Paris on the other hand is clearly a city that is better walked or by public transit.
@donnelly_b Literally what my whole philosophy and marketing is based around. Not to mention especially in midtown, many freehold single family homes cheaper than the new luxury condos here. Many use “detached home” as the holy grail or a status, meanwhile Lawrence park selling 1bed at 3m
The urban sights and sounds from my 6th floor balcony in lower Le Marais neighbourhood of Paris, France. 🇫🇷
A great city is always a city better walked.
@donnelly_b Love walking down these streets in old Montreal. The only thing close to this type of “cobble stone, pedestrian , old world charm” would be distillery district
