Young people who attended the Vision 2030 programs recommended that Government must partner the Public-Private Sector to come up with a Business Turnaround and Recovery Strategy that will focus on formalizing and capacitating all start-ups, emerging Enterprises and distressed Enterprises. This must be done through coming up with various incentives and funding which will help them to get small industrial equipment locally or from global markets like China or Dubai.

This will also help the Government through relevant Ministries and authorities to design an inclusive capacity development programs within the country that will empower and employ many of our young people. This must be done Considering that many countries who have gone through the path we are going to attain an empowered upper-middle-income status have proven that skills, knowledge, entrepreneurship, SMEs development and are driving forces of economic growth and social development. To drive a reduction in poverty, more young people within our country need to have access to both formal and informal technical capacity development training to develop skills that will lead to employment in the SMEs sector.

This will see business Enterprises being established at all levels and the Government drive of pushing for rural industrialization coming to fruition. And these will act as servicing support for the manufacturing sector to generate wealth for youths and the country, creating jobs improving trade and welfare of employees in the value chain as well as price stability which will stabilize the national challenges of currency instability.

Through cooperation and partnerships between various stakeholders young people can get assistance to create community based industrial Hubs with small but morden industrial equipment and machines. Youths in local communities can be organized into groups producing various goods and services as this will ensure that the country and government will build systems that support and leverage small to medium Enterprises than only focusing on conglomerates. This will go a long way towards improving the productivity of our country. Considering that growth of production is measured with available opportunities to maintain and acquire relevant skills hence these community based enterprises will work as centers for harnessing youth Innovations and entrepreneurship skills.
