it is possible, i regularly ate two portions for every meal and didnt gain a single pound because i was extremely active and my metabolism was fast as shit. you could see my ribs between my boobs and my hip bones, lol. that was me doing everything i could to gain weight

@therealkimj i was a competitive jump roper growing up, and splits while jumping were pretty high ranking moves. once i got to the point you’re at, i used to stretch & sit in my splits for 5 minutes on each leg, 5 times a day. i had effortless splits in 2 weeks. just stretch before & after!
