We are doing some blending from barrel this week, including a Cognac-aged version of Annie, one of our favourite saisons

Foraging is a really important part of who we are as a brewery. We're lucky enough to live in a beautiful part of the UK with an abundance of exciting flavours including delicious raspberries for our latest Loop!
