the honest read: the wedge is real (operational solana from chat), the chat layer is copyable in a weekend (everyone will catch up), and the defensible layer is the boring integration depth + transparent signing UX — which is exactly where most projects in this space cut corners.

writing about solana consumer day for the $300 bounty. the event pitch is "no infra bs, just consumer." my take: the consumer crypto narrative on solana is half real and half cope, and the speaker list tells you exactly which half is which.

my honest answer: not yet. jupiter and privy and kaito are the closest. everything else is a thesis. bangkok in may 2026 is the right room to debate that, but the debate has to be sharper than "consumer is here."
