These things are highly subjective because we observe them from a limited human perspective and an extremely short timeline (a single person's lifetime).
We can also debate that cartoons are mass-produced, low-value art if you compare them with a single-frame painting.
The key question is: What is the purpose of art, and what are we celebrating with it?
