One of my fave things from #PAXUnplugged 2023 was playing Warrenguard. Very approachable, fantastic character creation, and a dreamy setting. Favorite innovation: character creation involved dialoguing with other party members with probing q&a.

@IBJIYONGI I thought it was just because I was over 40! It's good to hear that other people have the same problem. I really have a hard time driving at night because the headlights are so bright there's so much scatter from my astigmatism that oncoming traffic blocks my whole vision

My team had a monthly newsletter since before I joined. We've all gotten pretty unmotivated to continue, convinced no one read it. Today I changed: putting metrics at the top, and ending with a call to debate if a taco is a sandwich in our slack.
