A woman has just given birth.
Everybody is happy. Then suddenly, she starts bleeding.
This is postpartum haemorrhage, and when it happens, no one has time to ask where the drug, tranexamic acid or TXA is.
That drug, Tranexamic acid can help reduce deaths from bleeding when it is given early after PPH starts.
So if a facility is providing emergency obstetric care, TXA should not be something they start looking for when the emergency has started.
It should be there.
As a man, if your wife is preparing to give birth, ask if the facility has TXA available. Same thing if you’re pregnant and preparing for delivery.
Ask questions. Know what is available.
Prepare before the emergency comes.
RT so that expectant mothers and fathers can see this very important message.

I wish I have the words to capture how I feel: THANK YOU SO MUCH FAMILY for the Greetings , The Kindness etc on my 44th Birthday . God bless you Exceedingly beyond your imaginations in Jesus name !
For a season, Hannah was empty and weeping. The next season, she was holding everything she’d prayed for.
For a season, Ruth was working in someone else’s field with nothing. The next season, she owned the field.
For a season, Esther was silent and afraid. The next season, her voice saved an entire nation.
None of them could see what the next season held. They just had to trust the God who did.
You’re not behind. You’re not forgotten. You’re not stuck. You’re just in a season. And the same God who rewrote their story.. is writing yours. 🤍
He doesn't waste a single one
A healthy relationship will test you far more than a toxic one. Healthy love won’t let you hide behind your habits. It holds up a mirror and says: communicate, take accountability, swallow your pride. It teaches you that being loved and knowing how to love are different things.
My Pastor said something today, "If you don't do everything by prayer, you'll end up doing it with anxiety".
I choose prayer.
I choose to do every single thing by prayer.
every time i get hurt i decide to change and become a more distant person, but suddenly i go back being talkative and kind as if nothing had happened. and that basically sums up the kind of person i am
