זמן לשינוי וחיבור מחדש

חברות וחברים,

מדינת ישראל נמצאת בימים אלה בשבר גדול.
מתוך השבר הנורא הזה, צריך שתהיה לישראל התח��ה חדשה, ריסטרט.
ובשביל שזה יקרה, צריכות להתקיים בחירות, ואני משוכנעת שישראל הולכת לבחירות בשנת 2024.

כדי להיערך לבחירות האלה, אני פותחת את המפלגה, ואני מתכוונת להקדים את הפרמייריז לראשות מפלגת העבודה ולקיים אותם בעוד ארבעה חודשים, בתקווה שהמלחמה תסתיים עד אז ושכל החטופות והחטופים יחזרו אלינו.
אם הבחירות לכנסת יוקדמו עוד יותר - ואני מאד מקווה שכך יהיה - נקדים את הפריימריס בהתאם.

אני קוראת לכל הנשים והגברים המצוינים, גיבורות וגיבורים אזרחיים וצבאיים, שמתלבטים בימים אלו האם להצטרף לחיים הפוליטיים - א. כן, להכנס לפוליטיקה, וב. להתפקד ולהתמודד במסגרת מפלגת העבודה.  

מפלגת העבודה היא גוף חשוב וחיוני שנדרש כדי לשקם את מדינת ישראל אחרי השבר הנורא שעובר עלינו. היום יותר מתמיד, ישראל זקוקה מאד למפלגת מרכז שמאל ציונית דמוקרטית.

אני מאמינה במפלגת העבודה, לכן כל כך נלחמתי עליה. מפלגת העבודה היא היחידה שהמצע שלה הוא באמת מגילת העצמאות. היחידה בגוש הדמוקרטי ש��יא באמת דמוקרטית, היחידה שמחויבת לשוויון מגדרי, והיחידה שיש לה תשובה ליום שאחרי המלחמה, שמבינה שביטחון אמיתי יבוא מהסדר מדיני. אני מאמינה שהעבודה צריכה ויכולה לשוב ולהיות שחקנית משמעותית בקביעת עתידה של מדינת ישראל.

יחד עם חברותיי וחבריי, הייתי אחראית להצלתה של מפלגת העבודה ול��צלחתה בבחירות לכנסת ה-24. וכמי שעמדה בראש המערכת, אני אחראית גם על מצבה של המפלגה כיום. אחריות היא לא רק על הצלחות.

לכן אין לי כוונה להתמודד בפריימריז לראשות המפלגה ולא אתמודד גם על מקום ברשימת העבודה לכנסת הבאה. כן אהיה כאן לעשות הכל כדי להעביר למנהיגה או למנהיג הבא של המפלגה את ההגה בצורה הטובה ביותר, לטובת בניה מחודשת של המפלגה ושל המדינה שלנו.

אני מוסרת ניחומים וחיזוק ידיים למשפחות החיילים הגיבורים שנפלו במערכה הזאת, איחולי החלמה לפצועים וכמובן - חוזרת ודורשת לעשות הכל כדי להחזיר את החטופות והחטופים שלנו.

היום נר ראשון של חנוכה. הלוואי והצעד הזה יביא את תחילתו של אור גדול שישראל כל כך מחכה לו.

Today, I have a question. A pressing question. For some Western feminists.
How can you remain silent, when women and girls are raped, tortured, their bodies carried around naked and spat on by bearded men shouting Allah Akbar?

Then you can never call yourself a feminist again.

Every day, including today, some Western hypocritical feminists should be ashamed of their silence on the horror that Hamas men inflicted to women and girls on 7 October.

And that includes big names we were once proud of.

Why are their lips sealed and their hearts of stone when it comes to the excruciating pain of Jewish women?

The MeToo movement and so-called intersectional feminists do not care about all women.

If they remain silent, it means they have lied to us about their commitment to women's rights.

Their actions support the oppressor, not the victims.

Also the EU money does.

Indirectly.

Those who say nothing about these women and the hostages, should not be standing here and speaking about human rights.

When you are under attack by terrorists, a cease fire is like raising your hands when you are being shot at.

Perhaps it is worth considering that a real lasting cease fire will start with bringing back all the hostages to their homes and the rapists to justice.

🔴 Operational Update:
IDF forces are carrying out a precise and targeted operation against Hamas in a specified area in the Shifa Hospital, based on intelligence information and an operational necessity.

The IDF is conducting a ground operation in Gaza to defeat Hamas and rescue our hostages. Israel is at war with Hamas, not with the civilians in Gaza.

The IDF forces include medical teams and Arabic speakers, who have undergone specified training to prepare for this complex and sensitive environment, with the intent that no harm is caused to the civilians being used by Hamas as human shields.

In recent weeks, the IDF has publicly warned time and again that Hamas' continued military use of the Shifa hospital jeopardizes its protected status under international law, and enabled ample time to stop this unlawful abuse of the hospital. Yesterday, the IDF conveyed to the relevant authorities in Gaza once again that all military activities within the hospital must cease within 12 hours. Unfortunately, they did not.

The IDF has also facilitated wide-scale evacuations of the hospital and maintained regular dialogue with hospital authorities.

We call upon all Hamas terrorists present in the hospital to surrender.
