I paid £28 for a 6‑bed female dorm, but when I arrived I was put in a 10‑bed room that smelled strongly of weed and smoke. The receptionist was lovely, but the hostel itself made me feel unsafe

We were overcharged for the same route that we take everyday twice, the trip price was ₹133-/ and we were changed ₹369-/ which is literally duping. There was no traffic or no long routes taken. Please look towards it and refund our money.
