Honestly I don’t think this is some big mystery or lazy writing, people are blowing the apartment thing way out of proportion. It’s literally described as full of asbestos and junk, that’s not some fancy Manhattan loft, that’s a broke kid squatting in a place barely fit to live in

Omg, BTS would have lost if they had agreed to submit for the Asian category. Kakao and SM Entertainment have established a direct, internal bridge into the Recording Academy voting board because of the Gold Music Alliance Nishimura created. How did the Grammys even allow this major conflict of interest to happen? Letting a man who simultaneously leads Kakao Entertainment Global and SM Entertainment America have so much power is crazy. They turn around and say it’s for the benefit of all Asian artists. No, dear. Y'all just want SM artists to ride the wave of BTS's global success while BTS gets the short end of the stick.
