A college degree does not make you the most qualified person for the job.

For too long, the federal government has favored unnecessary degree requirements in federal contracting over proven ability, shutting out talented, hardworking Americans before they even have a chance.

Our bipartisan Skills-Based Federal Contracting Act puts merit back at the center of the hiring process. It would prohibit federal agencies from including minimum education or experience requirements in contract solicitations unless the agency provides written justification demonstrating those standards are essential to meeting mission needs.

Washington should reward skill, experience, and results, not just a diploma.

It's time to tear down the paper ceiling and give qualified Americans the opportunity they've earned.

🚨 OREGON COUNSELOR FIRED FOR DISPLAYING BOOKS THAT SAY BOYS ARE BOYS

A school counselor in Oregon lost his job — and just lost his appeal — for keeping books in his office that affirmed basic biological reality.

The titles?
“He is He.”
“She is She.”

After a colleague complained, the district told him the books could stay only if children couldn’t see them.
Then a hostile teacher sent eighth graders into his office. He let them look at the books. It was recorded. He was fired.

A 2-1 Ninth Circuit panel just ruled he had no First Amendment right to display the materials during school hours.

The two judges in the majority were appointed by Obama and Biden.

The dissenter was a Trump appointee — and he called out the obvious double standard.

Pride flags? Allowed.
BLM posters? Allowed.
LGBTQ literature? Allowed.
