Then told those people to get off as crew weren't comfortable making the trip after the 6hr wait. Flight pushed back to 8am. Cancelled at 4:55am. Worst service I've ever seen. Mohamad and the girls on customer care who opened at 06:00 were the only good thing about @AmericanAir!
@AmericanAir make a full flight wait over 6hrs in Philadelphia Airport with little to no updates from staff after there was a "missing flight attendant" who took 5hrs to get to the plane, despite supposed to be here within 2hrs. Allegedly couldn't get through security to us..

Eventually, after having to go over the ground as opposed to the actual terminal building, they get to the gate. At this stage it's 5hrs in, and only around then was some bottled water provided, again very little updates from anyone. Then they let 40 or so people board..

Stephen Kenny tonight has said โthereโs been no greater honourโ and any job from now on is a โstep downโ.
As he looks set not to be offered a new contract by the FAI following months of intense speculation.
Iโve backed Kenny and defended pretty much to the end. Iโll never make an apology for that, nor will I ever succumb myself to having an opinion just to be popular or for Social Media clout. Thatโll never be me and if I get less โlikesโ for it I couldnโt give a flying shite.
His time is seemingly up now, but that is the nature of competitive football. Some coaches are gone after 17 games (Steve Staunton) some coaches are gone after 93 games (Jack Charlton), but all managerial roles are destined to end at some point.
As a massive Irish Fan my short 25 year life, supported my country through the worst of times narrow wins against San Marino, hammerings against Cyprus so on and so forth. I got used to multiple managers like Trappatoni say โwe donโt have the playersโ, โthere is no league in Irelandโ and continually fall out with players and refuse to cap players in a self fulfilling self assassination attempts by so called โexperienced headsโ
Kenny was a refreshing change, he never complained about the players at his disposal, he came with a positive vision for Irish Football something weโve never seen. The plan was brilliant the execution was not so good but thatโs okay, he tried and he failed thatโs all there is to be said.
What grinds are the people who described the appointment of Kenny as an act of โtokenismโ.ย Do. Me. .A. Favour. Kenny got the Ireland job on merit; he revolutionised Irish Football most notably for his achievements transforming a Dundalk side on the brink of financial ruin to one which trailblazed in Europe, broke the glass ceiling and dominated the League of Ireland before he transitioned to Ireland U21 Manager.
Just because it didnโt work out in the end, doesnโt mean it wasnโt the right direction to pursue (and something I hope we can consolidate and build on now) with the next appointment crucial for Irish Football.
At the end of the day Kennyโs biggest โcrimeโ is not being good enough to achieve what he wanted in his dream job. Thatโs it nothing more nothing less really
These baboons who suggest that Kenny shouldโve never received the job are delusional and completely lacking of any respect or understanding of nuance.
He hasnโt set the country back like the Twitterati are suggesting and he did not deserve anything like the vitriolic hatred and abuse these last few months nor did he deserve boos tonight. Because of Kenny, the 24 players he has brought in and the vision for Irish Football he has shown us i fundamentally believe he has steered us in the right direction to move forward again for an incredibly bright future for Irish Football.
History will be kind to you Kenny๐
All of us involved in hurling have an absolute & total obligation to ensure this proposed cutting of competitions is stopped
