I don't have an issue with everyone getting the medical care they need! I don't mind paying higher taxes for it!

If the UK with all it's wealth and privilege are struggling to fund an ever expanding NHS in their country with far more governance and accountability, how in the Lord's name are a bunch of fat cat, thieving, incompetent cadres going to run a similar system?

Oh, you say it won't happen, we can trust Cyril's ANC, well let me just remind you of what happened to the Covid relief fund, under the New Dawn faction, and how many people have been held accountable for that thievery and incompetence?
