Looking at my bills, realised I need to call @skytv a 3rd time over removing sky cinema. The first time, it couldn’t be cancelled at the same time as Sky Sports 🤨 and the second time I was told it was cancelled. If I move again, I don’t want an “freebies”. 😭

@SheffieldStar There was also a huge fire on what I think is farmland near Pebley reservoir yesterday afternoon, both fire fighters and farmers were at the scene.

So the information she received from yourselves that someone would be out yesterday yet again was false.

So @YorkshireWater have been attending to blocked sewage coming up at my mums (caused by a neighbour) & this is how they’ve left her property. Raw sewage all over her garden, her side gate left wide open and I’m not sure that grate is sealed let alone fit for purpose. Disgusting.

What is the actual process for clean up? Surely there’s some sort of decontamination process?

She had a call last week to say that today was the earliest that anything to be done.
Each person tells a different story. At this point it’ll have done irreparable damage to her garden - no longer safe for anyone to enjoy.

Shock, still my mum has raw sewage destroying her back garden.
Over 2 weeks since it was initially reported. She got told @YorkshireWater were going to attend today 01/12/2025. Have they attended? No. #majorhealthhazard #rawsewage #letdown

@YorkshireWater It’s been almost 2 weeks since she first reported it, & it’s still not resolved. The communication issues have only made things worse. It’s frustrating that you can’t identify who caused the problem, especially when my mum is the one dealing with a major health & safety risk.

@YorkshireWater You told me to tell her to contact yourselves when you’ve had workers around today that have left work unfinished with no information given to my mum about if and when anyone will be back. Along with sewage all over her garden and unsafe grate.
