@jeffkimberpoker @TicketmasterCS I emailed ticketmaster and they asked me to email the event organiser. I told them that it was stated on the website that Ticketmaster would contact us. They said they know nothing about the ballot so I've sent them the links and screenshots. Waiting to hear back now 🙄
