Dear @Cristiano
I’ve been your loyal fan since 2009, the moment you left Manchester United for Real Madrid. I must confess, I didn’t fully support you during your EPL days, not because I couldn’t see your greatness, but because your brilliance kept my beloved Chelsea from lifting even more trophies.
But when the blindfold finally fell from my eyes, I saw you for who you truly are, a once in a lifetime talent, a man of relentless hard work and a fighter whose like the world may never witness again.
I’ve walked every step of your journey with you. I once turned down a marriage proposal from a man who swore he would never love or respect you, how could I possibly share my life with someone who didn’t understand the legend standing before us?
Now, as you often say, the end of this beautiful journey draws near and it fills my heart with both fear and gratitude. The thought of not seeing you grace the pitch anymore terrifies me. Yet the memories you’ve given us will live forever, passed down through generations.
You don’t need to prove anything to anyone anymore, my king. As your fan, I want you to win everything, but even if you had won nothing, you would still be our Ronaldo. The one who gave us pure euphoria, who taught us how to defy hostile systems, who refused to let the world define him and who chose to live life on his own extraordinary terms.
Football is just a sport, but from your life I’ve learned more about resilience, discipline, excellence and never giving up than from anyone else. For all of this, I am eternally grateful. Thank you, CR7. Thank you, Ororo.
Tonight, as you face Spain, I’ll be right here in my living room, heart racing, praying and hoping the Spanish attack falls flat with every move. I’ll be rooting for you from the first whistle to the last, shoulder to shoulder with your billions of fans worldwide.
And if it doesn’t end in victory this time, please don’t shed tears of sadness. Hold your head high knowing you’ve lived a life so magnificent that a million generations could never replicate it.
Just so you know, I’m naming my first son Cristiano, so that your legacy lives on in my home forever.
With all my love and admiration,
Olivia 💞
Madame Celeste Amarilla,
“Name someone you would want to play with for the rest of your life.”
Gilberto Mora: “Jude Bellingham”. 🤝🏼✨
They shared the pitch at the Estadio Azteca and ended up exchanging jerseys after the game. ❤️
