The nurse said she asked to have my wife to fill out the paperwork twice. They failed. Finally about 35 min after the appointment she finally filled it.
@Baylorscottandwhite at Ventrninnel on Voit Road failed to ask the patient, my wife, to complete the paperwork upon arrival bc they had a temporary worker at the check in. After several attempts at the front desk they asked her to complete the paperwork. 45 min late.
@HiltonHotels Hilton Naniloa Hotel in Hilo Hawaii already charged me $305.51 on 1/3/25 for the stay from 12/30,24 - 1/3/25. The valet lost rental FOB. Hilton gave me $288.51 credit. CC charge of $305.51 still on CC stmt. Hilton charged total of $594.27.
and gave me $288.51 credit for Hilton losing the FOB on Jan 4, 2025 which Hertz charged me. Doing the simple math Hilton did not credit me, but charged me $305.51 on Jan 3, 2025. The charge is still there on my credit card statement.
It's amazing Hilton Naniloa Hotel in Hilo Hawaii can't get it right. The hotel already charged me $305.51 on Jan 3, 2025 for the stay from Dec 30, 2024 - Jan 3, 2025. The valet service lost Hertz rental FOB on my day of departure on Jan 3, 2025. Hilton Naniloa took responsibility
@hertz Would you send me your direct email address for details you are asking about my complaint about Hertz, Hilo Airport? I can then provided you with receipts, names, times, and why Hilo Hertz hang up my call when I started the complaint.
I believe Naniloa Hotel Hilo returned the lost FOB but Hertz charged me $250 for a lost FB. So, they scammed th customer $250. Shady at best. If you camplain, they'll hang up on you. They made extra $250.
@Everbank, again, sent me an email encouraging me to keep applying for a saving account. This is a perfect example of incompetence. We've already cancelled. They acknowledge by rejection email. Now, keep applying? Nobody is at the switch.
@EverBank We also don't appreciate receiving a form rejection letter email. Please note Everbank didn't have to do anything to reject us. we CANCELLED you. To be fair that you know, that I sent a post on LinkedIn to my old MBA students about Everbank as a case study for customer ervice.
@EverBank. To open a savings account is a nightmare. This bank is a great case study for all the MBAs. How not to frustrate a customer who wants to deposit funds. Seems treat all customers as if the customers are borrowing money. The process for savings acct takes over a week
@EverBank Actually, my wife cancelled the application process. She can't believe that we're going through a process as if we are requesting a loan. She said that if Everbank doesn't want our cash parked in their bank, then we will put our cash elsewhere.
@EverBank Yoshio Smith, tried to open a saving account. I think I am the only Yoshio Smith applying for a saving account. My wife got so mad she said to cancel the process. Was talking to Joshua at around 1432 hrs Texas time on 855-236-5166.
