@BoxbikeLondon There’s no cycling culture in NL. I wouldn’t call it an activity as such. Few people even consider the health factor. It’s simply a mode of transport, and the best one at that, being the fastest and cheapest in and around town. The Dutch aren’t progressive, they’re practical!
