HOW TO MAKE $24,000 PROFIT/WEEK WITH DROPSHIPPING.

From someone ACTUALLY doing this shit.

Start with the plan so you can actually make this happen.

Step 1: SOURCE A PRODUCT IN 1 HOUR

Don't search for a new product. We need proof.

SALES. TRAFFIC. SHOW ME THE PROOF IT WORKS

→ At least 100k+ monthly visitors
→ Solves problem + emotional market
→ At least $20 gross margin
→ INSTANT results with product in video

You DON'T need to think it's cool. The data is cool.

Look on Fast moss, trend track, etc

Step 2: BUILD THE STORE IN 1 HOUR

I connect claude to @Whop and buld my entire store with 1 prompt.

I find a good website from another store doing 100K+ monthly visitors to use their layout as a reference in the prompt.

You are just TESTING the product...

Your site doesn't need to be perfect

The OFFER is the most important here.

Make an offer that is IMPOSSIBLE to say no to.

Example:

Buy 1: $39.99
Buy 1 Get 1 Free: $39.99
BUy 3 Get 2 Free: $47.50 + FREE GIFT

Step 3: CREATE 20 ADS BEFORE LAUNCH

This is where most people completely fuck up.

They rip 1-1 from tiktok.

Take videos and recreate them with Genjetsu on Higgsfield

Take 9 of the top videos, download, regenerate and you're ready.

Don't focus on angles, hooks, etc... you need to see if this product will work first with your ad account.

LET THE NUMBERS TELL YOU WHAT’S BROKEN

Good Click metrics (CPC/CTR) + no sales?

Bad offer / something wrong functionally with your landing page you send customers to

Bad Click metrics?

Your creative isn’t stopping attention.

Add to carts but weak purchases?

Shipping and checkout.

Profitable CPA?

STOP TOUCHING EVERYTHING.

Scale it.

Turn a few hudred dollar days into a few thousand.

Start increasing budget 10-20% every day as long as performance holds.

But volume in just your current ads working will stagnate after a few days.

So you need to be launching more new ads to find new winners.

Instead of ripping videos that already exist, you need to create new ones.

You have two sources to make ads:

-Ai (higgsfield)
-UGC Creators (trybe)

When I bring on people to make my store content, I pay them a smart retainer.

Example: Make the brand 30 pieces of content for $600 or a commissions of sales your ads make (10%)

If you make $400 in commissions after making 30 pieces of content, then I pay a $200 difference to get you to the guaranteed $600.

If you make $1,000 in commissions, then you just keep that.

This makes it scaleable for you to rbing on dozens of people and test the content they make based on your current winning ads and pay them on a performance basis.

Now dont just let them make whatever they want.

Take the winning ad and make variations.

New creators.
New formats.

You aren’t looking for ONE winning ad.

You’re building a FAMILY of winning ads.

Step 4: INCREASE AOV BEFORE CHASING MORE TRAFFIC

$50 AOV → $70 AOV is enormous at scale.

Use:

→ Quantity breaks
→ Bundles
→ Post-purchase upsells
→ Free shipping thresholds
→ Complementary products

The easiest revenue is often hiding inside customers you’re already paying to acquire.

Step 5: REPEAT UNTIL YOU HIT SCALE

$24,000 in 7 days is roughly $3,428/day

At an $100 AOV that’s ~34 orders/day.

That’s the target.

Not 10,000 orders a day.

~34.

Find something people already want.

Build quick.

Test with intention.

Flood your ad account with creatives.

Learn from your creatives.

You add more fuel to what is working and less to what doesn't.
