Great time tonight with @youens, @tonylongname, and @minero plotting the next @ClawstinTX.
All I can say is that we have some awesome surprises in store.
Details soon!
To Moltbot via Telegram: "Heading to bed. While I sleep, please create a fun project in ~/code/fun with a great interface (use your frontend design skills). It should be a super fun and easy way to vibe with my thermal printer (which you already know how to print to). Offer some creative ways to use the printer, powered by AI or whatever."
🤯
Me: "That was great! Now make me a fun project every night from now on!"
Moltbot: "Done! 🌙 Every night at 1 AM I'll build you something new — games, visualizations, creative tools, weird experiments. Each one in ~/code/fun-YYYY-MM-DD."
And this is how the world ends? 😅
I shipped more code in the last 3 weeks than the decade before. The top AI models / agentic systems right now are an entirely different thing to what people used until the beginning of December.
@takimoore@37signals@jasonfried@dhh@bb That said, happy to zoom sometime if you want to talk though it. I can point you in the right direction! DMs open.
Trying out @37signals new Fizzy today! They made webhooks very easy, so I wired it up to my thermal receipt printer. https://t.co/SdK1aD355g
Nice job @jasonfried@dhh@bb, et al. 🥳
@takimoore@37signals@jasonfried@dhh@bb Well, it's a custom system I built, and it works kind of like this. If it was easy to share, I would... I probably should just make a quick Mac (or linux?) app that you can run on the computer with the printer plugged in, and it makes you a nice API to call.
