@AmazonHelp @amazonIN @amazon I have reached out to your support team 5 times, yet no result. Delivery gets delayed without prior info. The customer care is good for nothing. Yesterday, one representative promised it will be done in the same day, yet nothing happened.

I have ordered a product and it was supposed to be delivered on 22nd September 2025. The delivery got delayed for no reason without any prior information. The product is not delivered yet after calling 5 times. @amazonIN @amazon

@amazonIN they asked me to reorder but the exchange protocol was not followed even after verification code. This is leading to unnecessary problems

@amazonIN I ordered a phone with the exchange option enabled, everything was verified on my side even the verification code got displayed. Yet the exchange was rejected and I have tried contacting the customer care and they have no solution for it. This is giving me mental agony
