@RogueLou18 I think I saw something like, we allow 1.4 million people a year into the country for ag work, and something like 1/3 of farm/ag workers are undocumented... Oh, and that the average starting wage for the workers is about $18. Maybe @grok can sort it out and verify 🤷‍♂️

Yeah, well... Depending on the "pathway" I'm OK with giving immigrants a path... For instance, I served in the military with several immigrants who weren't naturalized yet, but upon completing their contract, they get bumped to the front of the line, and the cost is drastically reduced or removed. 🤷‍♂️ If people come here legally, and do the work to earn their citizenship, I'm OK with it.

I went to the link posted, and it just redirects to a job search webs. I searched my area and it came up with 292 local jobs... I had to scroll through 3 pages of nursing and warehouse work before I found the first trade listing, and it was for a diesel mechanic... Was hoping for a more robust "trades focused" job search... Bummer...
