Unpopular opinion: your NBME scores don't need to trend upward in a straight line.
Mine didn't. My Free 120 was much lower than my other practice scores ,just 4 days before the real exam. My actual score ended up higher than all of them.

One good score near your goal beats a "consistent" pattern. The real exam depends on more than your average: sleep, stamina and luck on test day.
